Rochor Center is an old but iconic public housing estate in the middle of the Singapore city area. It will be demolish soon to make way for a new highway. This is a very common scene in the Singapore where the country is small and the land is scarce. Old things are constantly being removed and replaced. As the result, the collective memory of the Singaporean were constantly being washed away under the process of development.about the photographer
Two of my great passions in life are travel and photography. I believe that travel broadens one's view of the world. Experiencing other cultures, meeting people from the other part of the world enriches my life experiences and made me appreciate my own home and culture.
