Degree in History of Art, my photographic work tries to explore new forms of artistic expression, both symbolic and photo retouching. I like the experimentation and the reflection of the contents but also at a formal level I have made experimental works like a hanging mobile sculpture with photographs or a stereoscopic photograph. My work process starts from a conceptual idea or an idea resulting from my artistic curiosity, which I develop to offer a different photography that leads to reflection or pure aesthetic enjoyment. I work in collaboration with my brother Ferran Ramon, who carries out the retouching of my images.
Two lines of experimentation interest me: the formal one where the format of the photograph can be modified and presented to the public in a different way; and the theme where dreams and abstraction have a place in the shaping of images.
I also have in mind other lines of exploration such as the fusion of photography with sculpture, with science, with music, etc ... with other artistic disciplines.
My photographs navigate between tradition and contemporary, because I am interested in the two positions as an attitude towards artistic creation.
