We create the settings of our photos ourselves. Our images always have some absurdness or surrealness in it. We use Photoshop only to strengthen the image, not to manipulate it. So, what you see is real.

In our photo series Hot on Heels we created different settings. The model always wears nail polish to show her femininity even more. The theme of the series is absurd; we use hands like feet, on high heels.about the photographer
We are Jacqueline Aardenburg and Rosanne de Vries and together we are photographers duo Aardenburg & De Vries. During our photography studies at the Fotovakschool of Amsterdam we met and after a while decided to continue together.We create the settings of our photos ourselves. Our images always have some absurdness or surrealness in it. We use Photoshop only to strengthen the image, not to manipulate it. So, what you see is real.
