The old forest enshrouded in its blanket of foggy mist acted as a backdrop to several of the images. I converted the image to monochrome to emphasise the season and the ethereal beauty of the forest.

This forest was photographed in the dead of winter. I was drawn to the interplay of shadow and light in the late afternoon enhancing a sense of the mysterious and obscure.The old forest enshrouded in its blanket of foggy mist acted as a backdrop to several of the images.
