photo taken in October 2018 on my trip to Lisbon, during the hurricane Leslie, from the Cristo Rey viewpoint, was made with tripod and filter ND to get long exposure to capture the movement of the cars crossing the bridge as well as capture the movement of the clouds and water.about the photographer
