Krizna Cave is a more than 9-km-long underground water cave with numerous lakes. On a global scale, this cave is famous among karst caves for its subterranean lakes, which are divided by flowstone barriers. There are 22 lakes inside the cave, some of them can be up to 7 metres deep and can be navigated by boat. The cave is also an important archaeological site where many cave bear bones were discovered and is one of the most biodiverse caves in the world.about the photographer
I’m Franco Cappellari, native italian , advertising and freelance photographer-journalist based in Venafro , Italy.I work with Nikon Italia and I collaborate with a lot of international magazines:Touring National Geographic, Bell'Italia, Panorama Travel, In Viaggio, Adesso, Vanity Fair, PCPhoto, Fotocult, The Photographer, L’Espresso.Most important the activites with italian ad international Tourist Offices: Tuscany, Puglia, Argentina, China, Cyprus, Israel, Kenya, Malaysia, Nicaragua, Norway, Quebec, Spain, South Africa and Venezuela, for which I created the photographic documentation subsequently used for tourism promotion.Some of my works are exhibited at the China Pavilion at Expo Milano 2015 and Kenya.
