Aliwal shoal is incomparable to any other dive sites because of its identical geographic characteristic. This reef is fossilized for more than 70-80 thousands of years and my deliberation of generating a deep sea underwater photo that looks like we are on a different planet or an universe made me to shoot at this particular dive site. Here, sand tiger sharks or locally called ragged tooth sharks are the rulers of food chain. In order to take this shot, I had to wait for long in a relatively cold water to get a decalcomania like moment.about the photographer
