entry description
A brave young lion cub stumbled clumsily away from its mother to take a long look at our safari vehicle. As I framed up on the cub, another emerged from the blur on the left side my viewfinder, eyes trained on its stationary sibling, with that unmistakable look of a kitten about to cause trouble. But instead of pouncing, it drew up level with the first cub, and both stood for a moment—tails perked—people watching us, rather than the other way around. Before I could exhale, they continued about their romp. / September, 2018; Jock Safari Lodge concession, Kruger Park, South Africaback to gallery
