entry description
The word “photography” means “writing with light,” and in this photo series, I infuse the idea with new meaning .For years, I have been keeping a secret of the motion of letters. This esoteric medication technique is founded on ancient Jewish mystical and kabbalistic paths. It also engages my involvement and expertise in graphology, practice of Qigong, and EMDR, a trauma-treatment approach. In addition to the above, for the past decade I have been taking photographs. Each image was created through a meditative motion of Hebrew letters, and while pronouncing words. The light that breaks through functions as ink, and the camera, as a paintbrush. Through the movement of the camera, the light makes a unique impression recorded as the photographic image.about the photographer
