Although much of my work is landscape I am not tied to it. My philosophy is if something grabs your attention then take the picture…we do not have to agree with everyone’s notion of what constitutes art

entry description
Adobe was used by Native Americans as a build material for centuries before the Spanish arrived. The Spanish adopted the tradition, and it continues to this day. The images were taken between Santa Few and Taos, NM while following the High Road to Taos. The mission architecture is outstanding for black and white photography because of the textures, lines and curves. It reminds me in may ways of modern art.about the photographer
I have been involved in photography since receiving my first camera–Ansco box camera–for Christmas many years ago. My cameras were put aside for a number of years because of work commitments;but since retirement photography has been my focus.Although much of my work is landscape I am not tied to it. My philosophy is if something grabs your attention then take the picture…we do not have to agree with everyone’s notion of what constitutes art
