entry description
I was introduced to the world of milky way photography at the end of the 2020 season and was instantly hooked. I planned a trip to the Kofa National wildlife Refuge north Of Yuma Arizona to kick off the start of the 2021 season. New moon weekend March 14th, 2021. Originally setting off to capture a Saguaro in the early hours of the morning before sunrise, I stumbled across this beautiful Palo Verde tree on the way back to camp. The natural curve fallowed the Milky Way so perfectly. I used my headlamp to lightly light up the subject. I captured this on a canon EOS R and a SIGMA 14mm lens.about the photographer
