Blind Scream
This is the question that drives and shapes me as an equine photographer. I take my photos in a horse friendly environment, where the horse has almost more decision over the photo than I do - even with domesticated horses. Due to that, I can show the horse with its true emotions and movement.
I've grown up in the ruhr-area of Germany and been partly self-employed since 2016 - next to another job and my full-time university classes. "Hooofprints at heart" is something people would describe me as, since I've loved horses since I was a little girl. I guess, it wasn't "just a phase".

entry description
This photo for me stands for a desperate scream. Though he cannot see what he is screaming at, he is screaming at the top of its lungs. It shows the power of the voice, even if it can be unguided at times.about the photographer
How can we capture the grace and elegance of horses and giving them as much freedom of choice for their own ideas at the same time? This is the question that drives and shapes me as an equine photographer.
