Another Tomorrow
The strong impact of the pandemic on our lives and the restrictions imposed by the authorities have forced all of us to live our experiences less and less in physical presence and more in cyberspace.
Thanks to technology it has been possible to reduce the perception of isolation, keeping in touch, but this rapid change in our lifestyle has catapulted us into a dimension we are not yet ready for. Where distances seem to have even increased and inequalities amplified.
This new hybrid way of living the everyday has also changed our perception of the future, and the tomorrow we previously imagined now has been transformed into another, all to be reprogrammed.
I represented this estrangement with a virtual reality viewer, which is capable of making us travel in new scenarios but with our body "trapped".
I studied in Milan, at the Italian Institute of Photography, and I mainly deal with still life, corporate and reportage photography.
I am always fascinated by the existential dynamics and I like to develop my own projects, generally characterized by documentary and conceptual photography style.
