In Between Rustles
In the past, when I moved to a new city, I first paid more attention to the noisy environment and the towering buildings which felt oppressive to me. However, after I visited the mountains and the sea, I felt them gently wrapping me as I breathed in and out. When I stood in the center of nature, I related to a peaceful and homelike feeling: The mountains softly connected with the sea, surrounding me and cuddling all the things together with me.
As I paid more and more visits to the mountains and sea, I felt that I became closer and closer to them. I started to sense some rustling sounds, which sparked images like melting winter, unpredictable light, and colorful solids. As I crossed over and walked between them, I felt like having a conversation between them and me. The colors of nature change due to time, space, and season. And I, who began to sense them all, became an ardent fan of these intimate details and instants.

entry description
This is a sensual expression of my appreciation for the tranquility of the mountains and the sea. I investigate the subtle emotions when I viewed these places with sensitivity. I also try to capture the feeling of standing before the transience. In the past, when I moved to a new city, I first paid more attention to the noisy environment and the towering buildings which felt oppressive to me.
