I was born and growing up in Karkonosze, hence my passion for photographing mountains and landscapes. I am a natural light enthusiast. I take photographs mainly in a creative way, telling a story of how I see reality or … creating unknown narratives. I don’t stop at capturing landscapes – human figures often appear in my lens as well, which results in intriguing portraits. Camera is an indispensable part of my daily life.
“Today, almost everyone has a camera and can, technically, take pretty good photos. However, what is important to me, is expressing myself through photography in a given place and time. Sometimes there is deeper meaning in my work, and sometimes it is mostly about form.” – Radek Kwaśnicki

entry description
This picture was taken in Tatra Mountains in the very morning in November this year. From very far distance and is a bit artistic. The car (or cars or even group of people with lights) escapped from dark and foggy forest. They survived, they are saved now …about the photographer
Radek von Hirschberg is an artistic nickname which I work as a photographer and art animator. I am involved in creative activities on many levels (…) and my love of experimentation combined with consistency in action allows me to cross boundaries also in photography. After a 30-year break I have returned to this passion, combining it with freelance work.I was born and growing up in Karkonosze, hence my passion for photographing mountains and landscapes.
