Holding Light
Since I was a little kid I always loved magic, I loved the mystery that was conveid through using very simple tiny things and subtle hand movement. The series of images should recreate the same feeling I had, when watching them and in turn reveal something about how I see myself and the world that surrouds me.
All images were made in my darkroom, using a simple hand-crafted pinhole camera and silver gelatin paper. The exposure time of each image varied between 20 minutes and 4 hours.

I wanted to create a series of images that resembles a portrait of my true self without actually showing myself.
