entry description
“How does war cause suffering? The whole body burns with terror, suffocates with fear. The brain tears with anger, the heart bleeds with sadness. And even if you are able to escape the explosions and the sirens, someone else's pain will always remain present, anchored in you, because it is impossible to escape it. The collective subconscious beats within you. You now form a whole with your people, with your country. There aren't enough words to describe what you're thinking, what you're feeling. Art helps to express one's emotions, to release them. It's a kind of therapy. And the creations speak to the world, they cry out your pain. The war changed your life. She changed you forever. It will never be the same again now. This is one of the most important realizations to have. And you have to accept it. »
