Carrying out my design studies I learned the basic concepts of both black and white photography and color management, and then I got my first analog camera.
During the following years my attention went from one place to another in search of a photographic field in which I could feel comfortable. Above all, I alternated shows photography with travel photography, the first one I would abandon soon, the second I continue to practice whenever I can, always less than I would like. Due to my profession I occasionally work with products and models advertising shoots.
This type of projects, however, does not fully satisfy my concerns and I began a process of searching for something more creative, more personal, that allows me to express ideas and concepts. In 2016, with the first serious photograph taken in a studio, I won the "V International Helie Memorial Contest", this recognition represented a point of no return towards this new type of photography.
From 2016 to 2020 I was not very prolific, but it would be a time of much learning; And since that pandemic date a path of great creativity began and ideas started emerging like a torrent, and I intend to convert as many of them as possible into pixels. The projects are gaining complexity and in the creation of all the images there is a common goal: not to be a mere aesthetic exercise, so the viewers stop in the observation of the image and consider the meaning of what they are seeing.
My idea of the future is to continue with this type of free photography, without being conditioned by economic interests or trends... expressing myself, having fun and experimenting.
