Back to the roots! Following this motto, I take a hands-on approach to my craft. I personally develop and print the films in the darkroom. For me, analog black and white photography is an incredibly inspiring way to capture the essence of nature. It provides an unmatched sense of immersion in the moment and yields truly distinctive outcomes.
Landscape photography is my greatest passion. I simply can't help but be mesmerized by awe-inspiring vistas, majestic trees, and the sheer beauty of nature. However, during my explorations through forests and meadows, I've also become acutely aware of the damages caused by monoculture forestry. The one-sided management and its environmental repercussions have deeply touched me. This is precisely what I strive to capture in my photographs. The combination of black and white photography and expired films adds an extra layer of intensity and powerfully highlights the subject matter.
By blending classical elements of nature with analog black and white photography, I create unique works of art that are infused with character and emotion.
She is a graphic designer, has been working in the media industry for 12 years and also has a great passion for photography and art. She has been taking photographs for more than 10 years. entry description
I absolutely love working with expired films. These films, often over 20 years old, yield fascinating results. I intentionally use a faulty old camera to achieve additional effects, such as coarse grain and irregular lighting, which contribute to the uniqueness of each photo. The magic lies in the fact that every shot holds a surprise, an unpredictable artwork that unfolds right before my eyes.Back to the roots!
