One Autumn Morn
In this series, I sought to reveal the magic of autumn's colors and nature's reflections while respecting the solitude of the moment. The morning mist, the vibrant foliage, the still lake in concert transformed this day into a dramatic landscape. I waited for the sun to light up the trees, showcasing a symphony of colors and life. Through my lens and discovery, I share the essence of the serene October morning and the magnificent autumn spectacle.

Dan is an Instructor at Chicago Photography Classes and volunteers with FreshLens Chicago, an organization that provides tuition free photography and life skills programs for under-resourced Chicago youth.
Growing up in the Adirondacks provided Dan with access to extraordinary nature and landscapes. He is an avid runner, having completed the six Abbott World Major Marathons. Dan loves travel, adventure, and exploration. These experiences have fueled his passion for photography, specifically landscapes, nature, and color.

"One Autumn Morn" is a series meant to embrace the early hours of dawn and tranquility of a Vermont autumn morning. Having surveyed the location the evening before, I arrived before the first light of the day. I was alone but captivated and energized by the potential and what could unfold. I was not disappointed as the kaleidoscope of colors appeared during an enchanting golden hour.In this series, I sought to reveal the magic of autumn's colors and nature's reflections while respecting the solitude of the moment. Dan is a photographer based in Chicago, IL. He was born and raised in Glens Falls, NY, a small town located at the base of the Adirondack park. Dan graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelors in Business Administration, with majors in Management Science and Marketing.Dan is an Instructor at Chicago Photography Classes and volunteers with FreshLens Chicago, an organization that provides tuition free photography and life skills programs for under-resourced Chicago youth.
