This popular location never got a chance to be properly photographed. This giant rock is placed on the route to the highest mountain peak in Poland. This already challenging trail isn't the best place to carry any heavy photo equipment. I planned out this photograph in my head and knew that to capture the entire landscape with both lakes and the mountains behind, I need a very wide lens. We hiked up at sunrise and as we got to our location we met the first tourists. We took hounders of shots with the same exact angle, but only one showed this place in this soft morning light and without crowds of tourists on their way to the peak.back to gallery
