entry description
It is on Soğukçeşme Street, southwest of Hagia Sophia. It is popularly called the Basilica Palace because of the many marble columns rising from the water. Since there was a basilica on the cistern before, it is also called the Basilica Cistern. I wanted to present you my perspective on photography with this series of cisterns that flow through history like water.about the photographer
I was born in Istanbul in 1982. I completed my undergraduate education at Fırat University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I have been a project manager for about 10 years. Photography started with a trip and has now turned into a great passion in my life. For me, photography is a gateway to opening up to nature and connecting with people.back to gallery
