This is a series of cityscapes from Venice shot during a one-dat trip. I’ve been several times in this city, so admired and well known, and I’ve seen hundreds of pictures of “calli” and “canali” from more or less famous photographers. This time I wanted to take something different from the classical San Marco or Rialto views, something more than the old building facades corroded by time and humidity. So a bright early spring day suggested me to take ordinary views from various city spots with a marked overexposure. Pictures that should represent a little bit of the brightness of the sun in that day and the beauty of this incredible city.back to gallery
